The Mexikanemi, sometimes confused with the Mexican Mafia was founded by San Antonio natives Heriberto “Herb” Huerta and Jose Lopez in 1984. Heriberto Huerta came up with the scheme for the mafia style gang and organized it along the outline of La Cosa Nostra, the New York Italian Mafia. The prison gang is a powerful and operates in both prisons across the nation and the streets. The gang is involved in crimes such as drug trafficking, murder, extortion, robbery and loan sharking. The gang is highly organized and operates under a strict paramilitary structure. There is an estimated 17,000 Mexikanemi members in cities across the U.S. and Mexico.

MEXIKANEMI POWER STRUCTURE The structure of the Mexikanemi is comprised of three components, the members, prospects, and associates. There are also descending ports of lieutenants, sergeants and solders in the organization. These are the back bone, the doers of the deadly organization who set up the Mesa’s (the boards) which are controlling boards on the prison main lines. These boards’ members are in charge of organizing most of Mexican Mafia activity. The Mexikanemi require its members to remain loyal to the gang and vow to do so for life. Homosexuality is prohibited and so is drug abuse.

MEXIKANEMI IN PRISON The Mexikanemi rapidly multiplied in Texas after a war erupted between the Mexikanemi and the Texas Syndicate. The Texas Syndicate, which was the states only Hispanic prison gang refused to accept the Mexikanemi. While the Texas Syndicate was known for extorting nonmember Hispanics, the Mexikanemi claimed to offer all Mexican American inmates who joined their gang full protection. As a result the Mexikanemi became popular, particularly with offenders from San Antonio. The war between these two prison gangs went on for 7 years, with as many as 100 murders from both sides. The Mexikanemi and Texas Syndicate decided to settle a truce in 1988 after new prison gangs such as the Barrio Azteca and Raza Unida were emerging into the scene. Feeling that the Barrio Azteca had no right in using the Mexikanemi’s Aztlan ideology, they demanded that the Barrio Azteca change its name. The Azteca’s took great offense to their request and responded attacking dozens of Mexikanemi members across the state. The Mexikenemi retaliated by ordering the murder of 2 Barrio Azteca members at the Clemens unit in Brazoria, TX and in a federal prison in 1990. A truce between both rival gangs was made in 1997 under the condition that both gangs renew their peace treaty every year on May 5th.

Imagine the irony when the very same violent Antifa militants who spent the last two years promoting “Defund the Police” now blame those same police for not protecting them when their intended victims fight back.

Antifa in Portland apparently tried their bully tactics on the Gypsy Jokers motorcycle club over the weekend and things turned — surprise! — violent. In the end, with one dead and five more wounded (video), police try to put together just what happened.

Meanwhile Antifa is blaming the police, not themselves for the violence. At the same time, Antifa’s leaders are telling their members and people in general not to talk to the cops, and to pull down social media posts that contain photos and video of what happened…or else.

That sounds like witness intimidation, doesn’t it?

If police really were to blame for what happened, why isn’t Antifa falling all over itself to provide the evidence? After all, these violent extremists love to record their exploits.

A mass shooting late Saturday night has left one dead and five injured after Portland-area Antifa held a gathering in solidarity with Amir Locke, a 22-year-old black man who was shot by police in Minneapolis earlier this month.

A woman was pronounced deceased at the scene, and two men and three women were taken to nearby hospitals, according to the New York Times. Two suspects are reportedly in custody in response to the shooting, according to KPTV.

The shooting occurred at around 8 pm near Normandale Park.

Tweets from Antifa members and groups told far-left comrades that were present not to talk to police investigating the shooting, to delete evidence posted on social media, and to keep posts including photos, videos, and first-hand accounts related to the incident to a minimum “so that you don’t receive a knock.”

Antifa “journalist” Melissa Lewis, who was a co-plaintiff in a failed frivolous “Antifa troll” lawsuit filed in federal court against The Post Millennial‘s editor-at-large Andy Ngo, said that “[o]ne of us got a chunk of the shooter.”

Antifa Hailley Nolan hijacked a Portland Police news conference the next morning and in an incoherent rant, blamed cops for the dead woman and the others who were wounded. The woman, Hailley Nolan breathlessly claimed that white supremacist cops are sending Gypsy Joker motorcycle club members to snatch Antifa members.

“They are sending Gypsy Jokers to kidnap us. They are sanctioning this violence against us. We are dying. We are trying to peacefully protest and they are killing us. And I want to know if any of you care. I want to know if Ted Wheeler cares.”

Though the jury's still out on the veracity of Anonymous' showdown with south-of-the-border bullies, Barrett Brown has emerged as the face of the hacktivist collective, which last week bit off possibly more than it could chew when it threatened the Mexican drug cartel Los Zetas.

Last week we told you how Anonymous drew a line-in-the-sand ultimatum, threatening to go public with the identities of local police, journalists, taxi drivers and other allies who conspire with Los Zetas if the cartel didn't release a kidnapped Anonymous member.

Though Anonymous apparently called off their Operation Cartel (#OpCartel) after Los Zetas allegedly returned the kidnapped victim, Brown has decided to flee his Dallas home over concerns for his security. On Nov. 8, he tweeted, "I've got ex-military people releasing info on me and family. Have to leave Texas."

According to a tweet, members of #OccupyDC picked up the tab for a plane ticket to New York City after Brown tweeted "Anyone who can buy me ticket to NYC/Boston and have me pay them back in month, let me know. Transistor@hushmail.com. Home no longer secure."

Perhaps fleeing to more northern exposures was a good move for Brown - especially after a Mexican man was found decapited and dumped in the town of Nuevo Laredo, one mile from the Texas border. The man's hands were handcuffed behind his back, his body and head publicly strewn on a bloody sheet of canvas scrawled with the message: "Hi I'm ‘Rascatripas' and this happened to me because I didn't understand I shouldn't post things on social networks."

The result of the far-left group’s actions is what some are predicting to be a war between them and several motorcycle clubs throughout Oregon. Originally, Antifa groups began rallying members and supporters to join a “counter demonstration” for the “Take Action Tour” event being held at the HonkyTonk Bar. They characterized the venue’s gathering as “racist” and catering to both “fascists” as well as “white supremacists.” That event was marketed by the bar as “Hero Appreciation Day” complete with a dunk tank, bike show, eating contest, live music, bouncy house, family-friendly karaoke, free hot dogs, etc.

According to several Twitter posts from accounts journalist Andy Ngo says are Antifa members, the group which confronted them was the Free Souls Motorcycle Club. The one percenter motorcycle club might not have the household brand name of the Hells Angels, however its roots run deep. Founded in Eugene, Oregon in 1968 there’s considerable controversy over the details of its foundation, history, and what its aims are today. Regardless, Antifa seems poised to take it and other one percenter motorcycle clubs on in Oregon, promising for a confrontation like they’ve never seen.

White Rose of the Willamette Valley used its Twitter account to complain after Salem police didn’t protect their fellow Antifa members during the confrontation. It said Free Souls and “other uniformed security” both “attacked and injured community members peacefully protesting” without supplying details or other evidence. Unlawful whatever on Twitter claimed “one of ours” was hospitalized from the fight, retweeting a different person claiming “Salem police literally backed away” when the Free Souls came out to confront them. Another Antifa account proceeded to dox several people involved in the confrontation, tagging their supposed employers as well as releasing other personal details.

It's not like Antifa is unfamiliar with physical confrontation. Per Andy Ngo, one of the organizers of the demonstration at the HonkyTonk Bar was arrested in 2021 after allegedly hitting a female police officer. Ngo claimed another in attendance plead guilty the week before for doing over $164,000 in damages to a courthouse.

THE MEXIKANEMI’S DRUG ENTERPRISE The Mexikanemi are in alliance with the Gulf cartel and control the drug trade of both Laredo and San Antonio. The Gulf Cartel sells narcotics to the Mexikanemi at discount prices as well as hires the ruthless Mexikanemi as hit men. In recent years the Mexikanemi has experienced a power struggle within its ranks and as a result has carried out dozens of execution style murders of its own members in the San Antonio area. Dozens of high ranking members of the prison gang have recently been charged for these homicides, as well as drug are trafficking and money laundering. Bexar County narcotics detectives made a recent drug bust on the cities west side. Detectives seized over 300,000 of black tar heroin at the home of 54 year old Juan Gomez, a high ranking member of the Mexikanemi. The drugs were stashed in PVC pipes hidden in the ceiling of the heavily fortified house. When questioned about the drugs, Juan Gomez refused to corporate with law enforcement agents, nor did he admit being a member of the Mexikanemi.

THE DIME While drug trafficking and robbery are the some of the prison gangs sources of income, extortion make up most of the gang’s profits. Mexikanemi foot soldiers are ordered to collect 10% off each non member drug dealer and turn in the money to Mexikanemi leaders. The “dime” as it’s called is used to support members in prison.

MEXIKANEMI INFORMANTS Using gang informants to receive intelligence about the organizations clandestine structure has been an effective tactic for law enforcement official. Some gang members are willing to cooperate in return of leniency when faced with heavy felony charges. One such informant was Rene Enriquez, a former high ranking member of the Mexikanemi. Enriquez, a Lieutenant of the gang, had been involved with the Mexikanemi for 17 years and was in charge of utilizing the gangs trust account and distributing those funds to members in the prison unit he was in charge of. He explained how he was in charge of appointing non ranking members in the streets the special task of providing his girlfriend with funds generated by drug trafficking. Enriquez’s girlfriend would then mail the money via money order into Enriquez’s prison trust fund account. It is common for gang members to trick their wives or girlfriends into doing this without telling them what they are doing is a serious crime. Such deception comes easy for Mexikanemi members since the loyalty to their organization comes first.

MEXIKANEMI VS OREJON CONFLICT The Mexikanemi is currently under going a conflict with a group called “Los Orejones”. Los Orejones, which is basically an unorganized structure of prison inmates from San Antonio, consider them selves non gang members. Inmates from San Antonio were once forcefully obligated to assist the Mexikanemi in conducting gang related crimes.

Tau Gamma Phi TGP / Triskelion Grand Fraternity

Tau Gamma Phi (ΤΓΦ), also known as Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity, is a fraternity established in the Philippines. Its members call themselves Triskelions.

Tau Gamma Phi is one of the largest fraternities in the Philippines in terms of membership.^[1] It has a sister sorority, Tau Gamma Sigma (ΤΓΣ), also known as the Triskelions' Grand Sorority.

History

The fraternity was founded on October 4, 1968 by students from the University of the Philippines Diliman.^[2] Originally known as the Order of the U.P. Triskelions, the organization later adopted the Greek-letter name Tau Gamma Phi.^[3]

In 1969, the fraternity established a chapter at the Philippine Maritime Institute. This was followed in 1970, with chapters at FEATI University, Mapúa Institute of Technology, and National University, in 1971 with a chapter at University of Santo Tomas, and in 1973 with chapters at Adamson University and the National College of Business Administration.^[3]

When martial law was declared on September 21, 1972, by the late Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos, some university organizations including Tau Gamma Phi became targets of military harassment, believing that these school organizations posed a threat to the Marcos regime.^{[citation needed]}

With martial law hindering most of its activities, the fraternity faced a decline in recruitment. In 1975, the fraternity explored the idea of including younger members. Recruitment began in the high school sector with the Junior Tau Gamma Phi (also known as the Junior Triskelions) founded at San Beda College–High School on February 7, 1974.^[4]

The fraternity celebrated its 45th founding anniversary in 2013, with President Benigno Aquino III offering an official message of congratulations to the organization.^[5]

The Alpha Kappa Rho International Fraternity and Sorority (ακρ or AKRHO) is a fraternity established in the Philippines in 1973.^[1] The fraternity, comprising men and women from different universities, was originally established to promote loyalty, unity and integrity in the Fraternity amongst its members. Nevertheless, it is now registered as an International Humanitarian Service Fraternity and Sorority which encourages members to be involved in humanitarian projects and service to others wherever it exists.^[2]^[3]

The fraternity is registered as "Alpha Kappa Rho International Humanitarian Service Fraternity and Sorority Incorporated" with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commissionwith over 3,000,000 member as a non-profit and non-dividend corporation.^[4] It was originally founded in the Philippines and claims to have chapters worldwide.^{[citation needed]}^[5]
