SRB’s chartered chapters are based on Alpha Phi Omega-Philippines” 37 chartered chapters. It could be recalled during the early days of SRB, different APO chapters were instrumental in its formation. Thus, before if there was an APO Alpha Chapter, there is also a corresponding SRB Alpha chapter. Hence, the two groups share the same chapter names for the 37 schools.
However, through the years the succeeding chapters organized by SRB as well as the introduction of community chapters no longer are in unison with APO-Philippines as it already has different councils and registration mechanisms. Yet, SRB like APO still uses Greek letters to identify legitimate chapters.
The 37 chartered schools are often part of SRB’s indoctrinization and is encouraged to be known by heart by all SRB members.

Scouts Royale Brotherhood International Service Saraba SRB Fraternity History
Scouts Royale Brotherhood International Service Fraternity and Sorority, Inc. (SRB - ISFS) or SRB Inc. is the official name of the fraternity duly recognized under Philippine Laws and registered under Securities and Exchange Commission with Registration Number 201511974 dated June 18, 2015. Section 2.
History of SRB The origin of SCOUTS ROYALE BROTHERHOOD took place on September 22, 1975 at San Sebastian College Recoletos - Manila when four prominent members of Alpha Phi Omega, namely, Len Toledo, Bong Manuel, Jun Cristobal and Vic Tomelden have conceptualized a fraternity meant to foster the principles of Leadership, Friendship and Service and the Scouting Principles in the secondary school level. The SRB was founded with 37 chartered members.
While it evolves to be an independent and separate entity to that of Alpha Phi Omega (APO), SRB is a consistent ally and friend of all APO brothers and sisters united by a common and undeniable fraternal bloodline as well as optimum principles such as developing effective and democratic leadership, fostering friendship and rendering service to all.

students and was introduced and organised by Senior members of ALPHA PHI
OMEGA Alpha Delta San Sebastian College Recoletos, namely Bro. Oscar
“Cary” Lazo 70, Bro. Andresito “Bong” Manuel 72, Bro. Feliciano “Len”
Toledo 73, Bro. Victor “Vic” Tomelden 73, and Bro. Arturo “Jun”
Cristobal JR. 74, in 1975 upon the request of 7 high school students
headed by Bro. Vincente “Bing” Marabut.
The main reason why these
high school students requested to establish an Alpha Phi Omega
Fraternity for high school was that, they witnessed the aggressive and
abusive actions of BETAN ELITE a high school based fraternity under the
supervision of BETA SIGMA COLLEGIATE FRATERNITY at that time. The APO
Brothers felt the situation and agreed to the idea to equate the
strength of Betan Elite and Beta Sigma in San Sebastian.
After
some deliberations and discussions about the PROS and CONS or the
ADVANTAGES and DISADVANTAGES of this brilliant idea, a democratic
process called “PLEBISCITE” was called upon the request of Bro. Boy Cruz
66, to make a final decision weather to pursue the establishment of APO
for high school students or not, and fortunately the vote “YES”
succeeded and then they started to organise the APO Fraternity for high
school and named it SCOUTS ROYALE BROTHERHOOD and initiated the first
batch of SRB to become the Chartered members, the initiation focused on
indoctrination and Services headed by Bro. Victor “Vic” Tomelden and
Bro. Arturo “Jun” Cristobal Jr., then Bro. Feliciano “Len” Toledo named
Bro. Vicente “Bing” Marabut as the “IL DUCE” (eel dooche) meaning “The
Leader”, the Chartered members were composed of 37 high school students
including Bro. Charlie Lazo the younger Brother Of Bro. Oscar “Cary“
Lazo APO 70, with the special number, The first seal was designed by
Bro. Bobby Vette of Pi Chapter and the second chapter after the Alpha
Delta was FALCON in Marikina. Bro. Bong Manuel was then the GRAND
CHANCELLOR and Bro. Victor “Vic” Tomelden was the MASTER INITIATOR of
APO Alpha Delta.
• In 1977 - The SRB National Council was
organised and Bro. Oscar “Cary” Lazo was declared as the NATIONAL
ADVISER, Bro. Jacinto Ramon “Bong” Piñon as the FIRST NATIONAL
PRESIDENT, Bro. Horace “Oris” Ganiban as the FIRST NATIONAL VICE
PRESIDENT, Bro. Vicente “Bing” Marabut as the CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD and
later on Bro. Popeye Delmoral became the AREA COORDINATOR and Bro. Jojo
Oyales for the INTERNAL AFFAIRS.
• The SECOND NATIONAL PRESIDENT was Bro. Bradley Coronel.

In 1978 - IL DUCE Bro. Vicente “Bing” Marabut became an APO in Pi
Chapter University Of Santo Tomas together with Bro. Dominic Tan.

In 1983 - IL DUCE Bro. Vicente “Bing” Marabut and Bro. Popeye Delmoral
designed the FIRST SRB NATIONAL ID and the Seal with 12 Branches
Reindeer horn and a sword.
• In 1985 - SRB grew rapidly because of the establishment of COMMUNITY CHAPTERS as the extention Of school based Chapters.

In 1986-1987 The SRB National Adviser Bro. Oscar “Cary” Lazo became the
APO NATIONAL PRESIDENT giving him the opportunity to introduce the SRB
in APO on the NATIONAL LEVEL. Bro. Earl Herbert the NATIONAL PRESIDENT
OF APO-USA and Bro. Librado “Bado” Ureta the APO PHILIPPINES 1950
ORGANISER were both present on that day. Bro. Oscar “Cary” Lazo gave an
office to SRB near the office of APO in E. RODRIGUEZ AVENUE, QUEZON
CITY. and continue guiding the Leadership of SRB.
• In 1989-1991
IL DUCE Bro. Vicente “Bing” Marabut became the NATIONAL PRESIDENT and
Bro. Popeye Delmoral was The NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT.
• Early 2000 SRB National Council was reorganised.
• 2003-2005 Bro. Billy Laraga was the National President and Bro. Cocoy Gaa was the National Vice-President.

January, 2005 - The sitting OFFICERS Of SRB NATIONAL COUNCIL
standardised the name of SRB as SCOUTS ROYALE BROTHERHOOD NATIONAL
SERVICE FRATERNITY AND SORORITY.
February, 2005 - The National Council legalised and Voted for the OFFICIAL SEPARATION of SRB and APO in good terms.
February 21, 2005 - The Saddest part of the SRB history, Bro. Vicente “Bing” Marabut the IL DUCE passed away.
March, 2005 - The National Council officially Legalised the Collegiate system of SRB.
May, June and July 2005 - The National Council Standardised the INITIATION RITES.
August, 2005 - The National Council deliberate the New Password.
November, 2005 - The National Council recognised and registered the CATANDUANES PROVINCIAL COUNCIL (CPC).

10, 2005 SRB was INCORPORATED and registered in SECURITIES and EXCHANGE

That sounds like witness intimidation, doesn’t it?
If police really were to blame for what happened, why isn’t Antifa falling all over itself to provide the evidence? After all, these violent extremists love to record their exploits.

A mass shooting late Saturday night has left one dead and five injured after Portland-area Antifa held a gathering in solidarity with Amir Locke, a 22-year-old black man who was shot by police in Minneapolis earlier this month.
A woman was pronounced deceased at the scene, and two men and three women were taken to nearby hospitals, according to the New York Times. Two suspects are reportedly in custody in response to the shooting, according to KPTV.
The shooting occurred at around 8 pm near Normandale Park.
Tweets from Antifa members and groups told far-left comrades that were present not to talk to police investigating the shooting, to delete evidence posted on social media, and to keep posts including photos, videos, and first-hand accounts related to the incident to a minimum “so that you don’t receive a knock.”
Antifa “journalist” Melissa Lewis, who was a co-plaintiff in a failed frivolous “Antifa troll” lawsuit filed in federal court against The Post Millennial‘s editor-at-large Andy Ngo, said that “[o]ne of us got a chunk of the shooter.”

Antifa Hailley Nolan hijacked a Portland Police news conference the next morning and in an incoherent rant, blamed cops for the dead woman and the others who were wounded. The woman, Hailley Nolan breathlessly claimed that white supremacist cops are sending Gypsy Joker motorcycle club members to snatch Antifa members.
“They are sending Gypsy Jokers to kidnap us. They are sanctioning this violence against us. We are dying. We are trying to peacefully protest and they are killing us. And I want to know if any of you care. I want to know if Ted Wheeler cares.”

Though the jury's still out on the veracity of Anonymous' showdown with south-of-the-border bullies, Barrett Brown has emerged as the face of the hacktivist collective, which last week bit off possibly more than it could chew when it threatened the Mexican drug cartel Los Zetas.
Last week we told you how Anonymous drew a line-in-the-sand ultimatum, threatening to go public with the identities of local police, journalists, taxi drivers and other allies who conspire with Los Zetas if the cartel didn't release a kidnapped Anonymous member.
Though Anonymous apparently called off their Operation Cartel (#OpCartel) after Los Zetas allegedly returned the kidnapped victim, Brown has decided to flee his Dallas home over concerns for his security. On Nov. 8, he tweeted, "I've got ex-military people releasing info on me and family. Have to leave Texas."
According to a tweet, members of #OccupyDC picked up the tab for a plane ticket to New York City after Brown tweeted "Anyone who can buy me ticket to NYC/Boston and have me pay them back in month, let me know. Transistor@hushmail.com. Home no longer secure."
Perhaps fleeing to more northern exposures was a good move for Brown - especially after a Mexican man was found decapited and dumped in the town of Nuevo Laredo, one mile from the Texas border. The man's hands were handcuffed behind his back, his body and head publicly strewn on a bloody sheet of canvas scrawled with the message: "Hi I'm ‘Rascatripas' and this happened to me because I didn't understand I shouldn't post things on social networks."

Originally, Antifa groups began rallying members and supporters to join a “counter demonstration” for the “Take Action Tour” event being held at the HonkyTonk Bar. They characterized the venue’s gathering as “racist” and catering to both “fascists” as well as “white supremacists.” That event was marketed by the bar as “Hero Appreciation Day” complete with a dunk tank, bike show, eating contest, live music, bouncy house, family-friendly karaoke, free hot dogs, etc.
According to several Twitter posts from accounts journalist Andy Ngo says are Antifa members, the group which confronted them was the Free Souls Motorcycle Club. The one percenter motorcycle club might not have the household brand name of the Hells Angels, however its roots run deep. Founded in Eugene, Oregon in 1968 there’s considerable controversy over the details of its foundation, history, and what its aims are today. Regardless, Antifa seems poised to take it and other one percenter motorcycle clubs on in Oregon, promising for a confrontation like they’ve never seen.
White Rose of the Willamette Valley used its Twitter account to complain after Salem police didn’t protect their fellow Antifa members during the confrontation. It said Free Souls and “other uniformed security” both “attacked and injured community members peacefully protesting” without supplying details or other evidence. It's not like Antifa is unfamiliar with physical confrontation. Per Andy Ngo, one of the organizers of the demonstration at the HonkyTonk Bar was arrested in 2021 after allegedly hitting a female police officer. Ngo claimed another in attendance plead guilty the week before for doing over $164,000 in damages to a courthouse.

The Mexican Mafia appears to have immense reach and influence into every Hispanic street gang in Southern California, including the notoriously brutal MS-13 and 18th Street Gang[citation needed] who are under the Mexican Mafia's control. The U.S. Government considers the Mexican Mafia to be "among the most powerful, dangerous and feared criminal organizations in the world", and even considers La Eme to be more dangerous and at least as powerful as any Mexican drug cartel.[7]

Jalisco New Generation Cartel / Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación) or CJNG
The Jalisco New Generation Cartel (Spanish: Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación) or CJNG, formerly known as Los Mata Zetas,[44][45][46][47] is a Mexican organized crime syndicate based in Jalisco which is headed by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes ("El Mencho"), one of the world's most-wanted drug lords.[48] The cartel has been characterized by its aggressive use of extreme violence and its public relations campaigns.[4] Although the CJNG is particularly known for diversifying into various types of criminal rackets, drug trafficking (primarily cocaine and methamphetamine) remains its most profitable activity.[9][4] The cartel has also been noted for cannibalizing some of its victims, sometimes during the training of new sicarios or cartel members, as well as using drones[10][49][38] and rocket-propelled grenades to attack its enemies.[50]
As of 2020, the CJNG is generally considered by the Mexican government to be the most dangerous criminal organization in Mexico[29] and the second most powerful drug cartel in the country after the Sinaloa Cartel.[51] CJNG is heavily militarized and more violent than other criminal organizations. It has a special operations group and other sections for specific types of warfare.[52] Its hitman training program is strict and professional.[53] The CJNG is the most dominant criminal group in the state of Jalisco but the cartel also dominates criminal and drug operations in the states of Nayarit and Colima, with the latter being an important area for shipments of South American cocaine and chemical precursors from Asia.[54] While this cartel is best known for its fights against the Zetas and Templarios, it has also fought La Resistencia for control of Aguililla, Michoacán and its surrounding territories.[37][30][55] More recently, tensions have also begun to rise with the CJNG's arch-rival, the Sinaloa Cartel within the states of Chiapas and Zacatecas.
